Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange.
If any item delivered to you is damaged, please contact us to arrange a full refund (including delivery charge) or a replacement item. Please contact us to arrange the return of any goods sent in error.
You have the right to cancel the order within 7 working days starting the day after receipt of the goods. A refund of all monies, including the initial postage and packing charge, will be made within 30 days of the cancellation. Goods should be returned in the condition that they were supplied and the customer must pay the cost of returning the goods. If the goods are not returned at the customer's own expense, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods.

We are unable to accept responsibility for returned items until we have received them. Until this point the items remain your responsibility. We strongly advise therefore that you use Royal Mail registered post and retain proof of postage, when returning items. We also cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit during their return to us.
